Lyrics by Everything But The Girl

I step off the train,
I'm walking down your street again,
and past your door,
but you don't live there anymore.

It's years since you've been there.
Now you've disappeared somewhere
like outer space,
you've found some better place,

and I miss you-
like the deserts miss the rain.

Could you be dead?
You always were two steps ahead
of everyone.
We'd walk behind while you would run.

I look up at your house,
and I can almost hear you shout
down to me
where I always used to be,

and I miss you -
like the deserts miss the rain.

Back on the train,
I ask why did I come here.
Can I confess
I've been hanging around your old address?
And the years have proved
to offer nothing since you moved.
You're long gone
but I can't move on,

and I miss you -
like the deserts miss the rain

Reality

Lyrics by Hooverphonic

I...like the things that you hate
And you...hate the things that I like
But it hurts
Honestys your church
But sometimes
Its better to lie
I...am the vinegar and salt
And you...are the oil that dissolves
My frustration
Honestys limitation
But sometimes
Its better to lie
I am the vinegar and salt
And you are the oil that dissolves my frustrations
Limitations
But sometimes...
I dont dare to ask why

I like apples

I love my stepmom

I don't laugh

I can't write

I don't joke

I love to run

I have long fingernails

I love to wake up early

I hate traveling

I don't like going to the beach

I love Chayanne

I like watching Hilary Duff movies

I have a million friends

I hate chocolate

I'm blonde

I don't like to swim

Not a BSB fan

Don't want children

I have fat hands and small lips

I love short hair

I wanna stay here

I wanna stop studying

I don't care

I don't love you

I don't miss you

I don't like you

I don't want you

I don't think of you

I get you

I understand

I need to understand

I'm waiting

I'm expecting

I wont be with you

You wont be with me

I'm not Ok

You might be

I can't smile right now

Like Tracy Chapman once sang...

There is fiction in the space between
The lines on your page of memories
Write it down but it doesn't mean
You're not just telling stories
Sometimes a lie is the best thing
Sometimes a lie is the best thing

It's hard to see, hear and say... but it's even harder not to.

It's been a little while, and yeah, it's hard, but I think it's starting to feel different, like a good different.

It's not the fact that I see you there, expecting you to say something like just Hi... but it's being there, sitting and quietly watching what really gets me. I do feel like coming, sitting and just logging in, but the truth is I wont feel any better, 'cause all I'll get would be a really familiar story that I'm so sick about.

By not seeing I feel better
By not saying I feel better
By not hearing I feel better

Things are not very different with you and me, we're still fucked up. But the way I'm adapting to a different perspective has changed. Time can fix everything, but I'm no longer wanting to fix us, I'm now wanting to fix me 'cause I'm still your friend and you're still mine, so whenever I'm ready things will be just fine.

Lyrics by The Cranberries (Here, back to you)

There's no need to argue anymore.
I gave all I could, but it left me so sore.
And the thing that makes me mad,
Is the one thing that I had,
I knew, I knew,
I'd lose you.
You'll always be special to me,
Special to me, to me.

And I remember all the things we once shared,
Watching T.V. movies on the living room armchair.
But they say it will work out fine.
Was it all a waste of time.
'Cause I knew, I knew,
I'd lose you.
You'll always be special to me,
Special to me, to me.

Will I forget in time, ah,
You said I was on your mind?
There's no need to argue,
No need to argue anymore.
There's no need to argue anymore.

Suena bien... no?

Lyrics by Oasis

There’s a story-teller sleeping alone
He has no face and he has no name
And his where abouts is sort of unknown

All he needs is his life in a suitcase
It belongs to a friend of a friend
And as we drink to ourselves we’ll amuse ourselves
Underneath the sky
Underneath the sky again
Underneath the sky again

So wish me away to an unknown place
And I’m livin in a land with no name
I’ll be making a start with a brand new harp
Stop me making sense once again

All we need is our lives in a suitcase
They belong to a friend of a friend
And as we drink to ourselves we’ll amuse ourselves
Underneath the sky
Underneath the sky again
Underneath the sky again

All we need is our lives in a suitcase
They belong to a friend of a friend
And as we drink to ourselves we’ll amuse ourselves
Underneath the sky
Underneath the sky again
Underneath the sky again
Underneath the sky again
Underneath the sky again
Underneath the sky again
Again
Again
Again
Underneath the sky again

I stand on green and I laugh
I stand on green and I smile
I stand on green and I joke
I stand on blue and I dream
I stand on blue and I breathe
I stand on blue and I lost track of time
I stand on red and I feel
I stand on red and I speak
I stand on red and I scream
I stand on orange and I see
I stand on orange and I hear
I stand on orange and I cry
Different floors but only two feet to stand...
